Eventually, we placed an offer on a property in a prime location. Orn provided us with tips on how to make our offer stand out, resulting in our conditional offer being accepted. We committed to completing aspects such as home inspection and financing within five days, during which Orn remained diligent and proactive, ensuring all conditions were met. She was also smart at gathering valuable information from neighbours to instill us confidence in the property. Following the acceptance of our offer, one of us had to leave the country with a tight deadline before the closing date. Orn went above and beyond, coordinating with the mortgage broker, seller, and lawyer to expedite all necessary paperwork. I distinctly recall signing documents late at night at the lawyer's office just before my departure. We are immensely grateful to Orn for her invaluable assistance throughout the entire process.
